You think a guide is wrong
This is the most useful email you can send us. Tell us the page and what is wrong with it. If you are right, we fix it and change the date on the page.
You want to ask a gifting question
If you are stuck on a real decision, ask. We answer as ourselves, and we do not push you at a shop. If enough people ask the same thing, it becomes a guide.
You are a shop or a brand
We do not sell placement, sponsored posts or reviews, so please do not ask. If you run a South African shop and think we have described something about your category wrongly, that email is welcome.

Giftz is published by ZAIQ, a company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Adam Sacharowitz runs this site and is responsible for what appears on it. ZAIQ has its own website at zaiq.ai if you want to see who is behind this.
A note on what we cannot help with: we do not sell anything and we have no access to any shop's systems. If you have placed an order and it has not arrived, has arrived damaged, or needs to be refunded, you have to take that up with the shop you bought it from. We have no record of your order and no way to look it up.
